NBS Premier Grade - Number of quarters increased to 8

Currently, in the NNC 2021 Competition Rules, teams playing in the NBS Premier Grade may play a player from a lower grade team up to 6 quarters before then remaining in Premier Grade. Following discussions and feedback, the NNC  Board approved that for Round 3 starting on 5 August, the number of quarters will increase to up to 8 quarters.
